Cookie policy

1. Summary
On intentbid.co and in the app we use only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary: to sign you in, keep the service secure, remember your cookie choice and keep settings you choose yourself. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party fonts or embeds, and we do not sell or share personal information. If we ever add an optional tool, it stays off until you allow it, and this page will list it first.
2. Your choice
The first time you visit, we ask for your choice with three equal options: Reject all, Customize and Accept all. Strictly necessary storage needs no consent (art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, UK PECR reg. 6(4)); everything else is opt-in. We keep your choice for 6 months, then ask again, and ask again sooner if the categories change. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it: open cookie settings, or use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
We keep an anonymous record of each choice as proof (a random identifier, the choice, the policy version, the time and the country): no IP address and no link to an account. Records are kept for 3 years.
| Category | What it covers | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, security, your consent choice, and settings you choose yourself (theme, collapsed menu, dismissed tips). The site and app cannot work without them. | Always on |
| Analytics | Counting visits and how pages are used, to improve the site. We do not use any analytics tools today; if we add one, it stays off until you allow it. | Off until you allow it |
| Marketing | Ad platform tags that measure our own ads or show you our ads elsewhere. We do not use any today; if we add them, they stay off until you allow them, and never run with Global Privacy Control. | Off until you allow it |
3. Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Sell or Share”
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and the laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon and Texas, and we apply it everywhere. With GPC, marketing stays off even if you click “Accept all”. We do not sell or share personal information in any case.
4. Every cookie and storage item

__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Cookie | Stripe | Fraud prevention on the payment page (on Stripe’s checkout page only) | 1 year / 30 minutes | Strictly necessary |
Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Company logos in the app are fetched by our server, so your browser does not contact the logo sources. Payment pages run on Stripe’s own domain under Stripe’s cookie policy.
5. On our customers’ websites (the IntentBid script)
The IntentBid script that customers add to their websites sets no cookies. It keeps a random session identifier (ib_sid) in the browser’s session storage, which is deleted when the tab is closed. It does not run when the browser sends Global Privacy Control, and customers can make it wait for consent from their own cookie banner (for example, load it only after consent in Google Tag Manager or their consent platform). The customer is the controller for its visitors and must describe the script in its own cookie and privacy notices; our data processing agreement (/dpa) covers our part.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
