Customise the campaign table

Pick and order columns, sort by any metric, read the totals row and switch the trend and campaign charts. Sample data shows until real data arrives.

Every campaign list in IntentBid uses the same table and charts. You'll find them on All campaigns and on the overview pages of Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Microsoft Ads. You choose which columns you see, in which order, and how the rows are sorted.

Choose your columns

  1. Click ⚙ Columns above the table. The number in brackets shows how many columns are on.
  2. Tick a column to add it, or untick it to remove it. Hover over a name to see what it measures.
  3. Use ← and → next to a ticked column to move it left or right.
  4. Click All columns to show everything, or Reset to go back to the default.
  5. Click ⚙ Columns again to close the panel.

Your choice is saved in this browser, for you. Each page remembers its own set, so All campaigns and the Google Ads overview can show different columns. Teammates and other browsers keep their own.

By default you see Status, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend, CPC, CPM, Companies and Cost / company. The Campaign column is always shown first.

Sort the table

Click any column header to sort by it. Click it again to reverse the order. The arrow shows the direction: ▼ for highest first, ▲ for lowest first, and ↕ for a column you aren't sorting by. Number columns start with the highest value, and Campaign starts A to Z. The table opens sorted by Spend, highest first.

The totals row

The last row, Total · [n] campaigns, adds up the campaigns in the table. Rates are worked out from the totals, not averaged: CTR is total clicks ÷ total impressions, and Cost / company is total spend ÷ total companies. Budget / day adds up the budgets of active campaigns only.

On All campaigns, the channel and status filters and Search campaigns… change which rows are counted.

The charts

Two charts sit above the table.

  • Trend by day: pick two metrics from the two menus, for example Spend vs Clicks. Each line has its own scale, so a small number and a large one can share the chart. The total for the period sits next to each menu. Hover over the chart to read one day.
  • By campaign: pick Spend, Companies, Clicks, Impressions or Cost / company. The chart shows up to eight campaigns. For Cost / company the cheapest comes first. For everything else, the highest does. Click a bar to open that campaign.

Open a campaign

Click a campaign name in the table, or a bar in the chart, to open its workspace with its own report, settings and company drill-down. On the channel overview pages, Manage all takes you to All campaigns, where you approve, pause and change budgets.

Sample data

Before your first campaign runs, the table and charts show example campaigns with a Sample tag. On channel pages, this lasts until your first campaign on that channel runs. Use the sample to set up your columns. Your choice stays when your own data replaces the sample, which refreshes every hour.

FAQ

My columns disappeared. Why?

Columns are saved in the browser. A private window, cleared site data or a different device starts from the default set.

Why does Cost / company show "–"?

The campaign hasn't brought an identified company yet, so there's nothing to divide by. The same applies to CPA without conversions.

Can I export the table?

On All campaigns, use Export CSV next to the date range.
