IntentBid reads your ChatGPT Ads results every hour and puts them next to what only the website script knows: which companies clicked and what they did on your site. There are three places to look.

ChatGPT Ads → Overview & next movesHow the channel is doing as a whole, and what to do next
The campaign workspace (click any campaign)How one campaign is doing, company by company

The ChatGPT Ads overview

Open ChatGPT Ads in the menu. At the top, eight tiles cover the last 30 days: Spend, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, Companies reached and Cost per company. CTR, CPC and CPM show a B2B benchmark range adjusted for your industry, with a note saying whether you're in range, below or above. Click a tile to open that metric in the Performance report.

Below the tiles:

  • ChatGPT Ads campaigns: the campaign table with charts. You choose the columns. See Customise the campaign table.
  • Next best moves: suggestions from today's data. A common one is questions where AI names others and you have no ad, with an Add as campaign link that opens a new campaign prefilled with those questions.
  • Top companies from ChatGPT Ads: the identified companies that came through your ChatGPT ads, sorted by Visits or Intent score.
  • Where the clicks come from: clicks by Countries and Devices.

Click Full report at the top for the Performance report filtered to ChatGPT Ads.

Before your first campaign runs

Until a ChatGPT campaign runs, the overview shows example numbers marked Sample. They only show you what the page will look like. Your own results replace them once your first campaign runs, and they refresh every hour.

One campaign in detail

Click a campaign name in any table to open its workspace:

  1. Pick the date range at the top. Every tile compares the period with the one before it (▲ or ▼ and a percentage).
  2. Click a tile, for example Companies reached. The chart switches to that metric per day, with the previous period dashed.
  3. Settings shows the channel, status, ad review, daily budget and the number of buyer questions. Pause or Resume is in the corner.
  4. What to do next lists suggestions from this campaign's numbers.
  5. Company drill-down: choose a company and click Show to see every visit, channel, source and page, plus how many of those visits came from this campaign.
  6. The table at the bottom has every metric by day, with totals.

Account engagement

ChatGPT Ads → Account engagement opens the account engagement table filtered to ChatGPT Ads. For each account you see an engagement score, ad clicks, visits, pages, channels, buying stage and when it was last seen. Click Target accounts to see only your target list.

The Impressions column shows — for ChatGPT Ads. That's expected: ChatGPT Ads reports impressions per campaign, not per company. For each account, IntentBid shows the ad clicks and visits the website script recorded instead.

Not every click turns into a company. Home and mobile connections often can't be identified. See Why some visits have no company.

FAQ

Why do clicks in IntentBid differ from Ads Manager?

The platform's numbers are copied from Ads Manager every hour, so they can lag by up to an hour. Visits is a different count: it's what the website script recorded, and it can be lower than clicks when people leave before the page loads.

Can I export the numbers?

Yes. On All campaigns, click Export CSV next to the date range. The file covers every channel for that range. For ongoing exports, use Import & export → Scheduled exports.
