Exclude your own office traffic
Add your office IP addresses so your own team's visits are ignored in reports and never use credits.
Your own team visits your site often. Exclude them so they don't appear as a company or skew your reports.
How to exclude IPs
- Find your office's public IP address (search "what is my IP" from the office network, or ask IT).
- Open Connections → Website script → Excluded IPs.
- Add the addresses separated by commas and save.
Visits from those addresses are ignored before any lookup: they are not stored and never use credits.
Remote teams
People working from home are usually on home broadband, which is never identified as your company anyway. If your team uses a company VPN, add the VPN's exit IP addresses.
Testing after excluding
If you test the script from an excluded IP, nothing arrives. Test from a phone on mobile data instead.
