Account scoring

One score that tells sales
which account to call first.

A long list of companies is not a priority list. IntentBid scores every identified account from 0 to 100 on three things you can explain to sales in one sentence: does it fit our ICP, is it reading the pages buyers read, and how engaged is it right now.

40% fit

Industry, company size and country against your ideal customer profile.

35% intent

Pricing, comparison, integration and demo pages weigh more than blog posts.

25% engagement

Visits, pages, ad engagement and how recent the activity is.

80+ is hot

Hot accounts can post to Slack or Teams, create a CRM task or fire a webhook.

How the score is built

PartWeightSignals
Fit40%Industry, employee count and country compared with your ICP
Intent35%Buying stage from the pages read: research, comparison or decision
Engagement25%Visits, pages read, ad clicks and engagements, recency

The score is recalculated as new visits and ad data arrive. An account with perfect fit and no activity stays in the middle; an off-ICP company reading your pricing page every day does not reach the top either. That is deliberate.

Score or stage?

Use the score to rank (who first), and ABM stages to describe the journey (where they are). A tier 1 account can be in Considering with a score of 62, and a new account in Selecting with 85. Sales should usually start with the high score in a late stage.

Straight answers.

Can I change the weights?

The weights are fixed so scores stay comparable across profiles and over time. You control the inputs: your ICP and the pages that count as high intent.

What does a score of 80 mean?

A company that fits your ICP, has read decision-stage pages and is active now. It is flagged as hot.

Are people scored?

No. IntentBid scores companies only. It never identifies or scores individual visitors.

Does the score go to my CRM?

Yes. HubSpot and Attio get the IntentBid score on the company record; Pipedrive gets it in the note.
