ABM stages

Your funnel, your rules,
every account placed in it daily.

Every ABM team draws the account journey differently. IntentBid gives you a sensible default, Identified to Won, and lets you rewrite it: name your stages, set the conditions with real thresholds, and every account is placed in its stage every day from LinkedIn delivery, ChatGPT Ads clicks, website visits and your CRM deals.

Your own stages

Up to 10 stages with your names. Each has up to 6 conditions, matched on any or all.

Real thresholds

For example: 10 LinkedIn impressions in 30 days, or 2 visits and 5 pages, or an open deal.

CRM deals included

Open and won deals from HubSpot, Attio or Pipedrive move accounts to the late stages.

Next-stage progress

On each company page: which condition of the next stage is met and which is still missing.

Each account sits in the latest stage whose conditions it meets. Change any number, rename stages, add or remove them.

What you can build conditions on

LinkedIn impressions, clicks and engagements · ChatGPT Ads clicks · visits from AI answers · website visits · pages read · high-intent page visits (pricing, demo, contact) · open deals · won deals. Each condition has a minimum and a window of 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time.

What LinkedIn does and doesn't give you. LinkedIn reports delivery by company, but the numbers are approximate, arrive 12–24 hours late and cover only the top 100 companies per ad per day. An account that got a handful of impressions may not show up at all. IntentBid splits campaigns into groups of up to 100 companies so every account can appear in the report, and fills the gaps with what the pixel sees on your site.

Straight answers.

Can stages go backwards?

Yes. Stages are recalculated every day from the windows you set, so an account that goes quiet drops back. Won stays as long as the deal is won.

Do I need a CRM?

No. Without a CRM the early stages work from ads and visits; Selecting and Won use deal conditions only when a CRM is connected.

Where do stage changes show up?

In account engagement, on each company page, in ABM reports, and as a stage-change alert in Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook.

Are stages the same as the account score?

No. Stages describe where an account is in the journey with your rules; the account score ranks accounts by fit, intent and engagement. Both are shown side by side.

Can my CRM see the stage?

Yes. The daily CRM sync writes the ABM stage onto HubSpot and Attio company records.
