One list, every campaign
Companies and job titles excluded once apply to all LinkedIn campaigns of the profile.
Exclusions
In Campaign Manager, exclusions live on each campaign, so they drift: one campaign excludes competitors, the next one does not. IntentBid keeps one exclusion list for the whole profile and applies it to every LinkedIn campaign, every day. Customers from your CRM and the competitors on your profile are added for you.

Companies and job titles excluded once apply to all LinkedIn campaigns of the profile.
Companies with a won deal in HubSpot, Attio or Pipedrive are excluded from acquisition campaigns.
The competitors on your profile are matched to their LinkedIn pages and excluded.
Exclude an account straight from its company page or from the account engagement table.
| Type | Source | Typical reason |
|---|---|---|
| Companies | Typed, uploaded, or one click on a company page | Partners, investors, accounts sales asked you to leave alone |
| Customers | Won deals in your CRM | Acquisition ads should not reach customers |
| Competitors | Your profile's competitor list | They should not learn your messaging at your cost |
| Job titles | The job titles report, or typed | Titles that take spend and never engage |
| Your own company | Always | Your own team clicks |
Exclusions are applied to the LinkedIn campaigns once a day.
Companies are excluded by their LinkedIn company page. A company that LinkedIn cannot match (no page, or a page with a different name) cannot be excluded, and IntentBid shows which ones did not match. Job titles are LinkedIn's standardised titles, so a title typed in a member's profile in a way LinkedIn does not map may still get through. Exclusions affect who LinkedIn shows the ad to; they don't change reporting for impressions served before the exclusion.

You choose. The list applies to every LinkedIn campaign of the profile that you turn exclusions on for, including ones created in Campaign Manager.
LinkedIn limits how many values one campaign can exclude; IntentBid matches up to 200 customers and competitors automatically and shows you when a list goes over what LinkedIn accepts.
