How it works
- Open Audiences → ChatGPT Ads audiences and add one or more files.
- If some phone numbers have no country code, pick the country they come from (e.g. +48 Poland).
- Prepare files: we find e-mails and phones in any column (a header like email or phone is used when present), clean them, hash them and remove duplicates.
- Download the files:
email_sha256andphone_number_sha256, split at 5,000,000 rows when needed. - Upload them in ChatGPT Ads Manager under Audiences. Processing usually takes 20–30 minutes; lists cannot be edited after upload, so a refresh is a new list.

Do you store my contacts?
No. The files are read and hashed in your browser; only the finished files are saved, on your own computer.
Can I use an audience I already have in IntentBid?
Yes. Each audience with uploaded contacts (or HubSpot contacts at its companies) can be downloaded as hashed e-mail and phone files for ChatGPT.
Why separate files for e-mails and phones?
ChatGPT Ads accepts one identifier type per file, with the header email_sha256 or phone_number_sha256.
Does it cost credits?
