IntentBid vs Factors.ai for LinkedIn ABM (October 2026)
A factual comparison of IntentBid and Factors.ai for LinkedIn ABM as of October 2026: who each is best for, intent data, visitor identification, LinkedIn controls, attribution, CRM and pricing, with sources.
Short answer, as of October 2026: Factors.ai is the stronger choice if you want a broad account intelligence platform: many intent sources (including G2 and Bombora), multi-touch attribution, deep Salesforce and HubSpot integration and AI agents for account research, with a free plan to start. IntentBid fits better if you want a self-serve, LinkedIn-first ABM tool at a lower monthly price, with a daily impression cap per company, ChatGPT Ads, and AI visibility tracking in the same place.
We make IntentBid, so read this with that in mind. Every Factors.ai claim below comes from Factors' own website, linked inline, as of October 2026.

Intent and account data
This is where Factors is broader. Its site describes capturing "cross-channel intent signals across your website, product, CRM, LinkedIn & G2" and bringing your own intent signals from other providers (Factors). Its 2026 release notes add segmenting by Bombora research intent topics and an Intent Upload API 2.0 for pushing any account signal into Factors (Factors release notes).
IntentBid doesn't sell third-party intent. It builds first-party intent from your own channels: intent tags from LinkedIn and ChatGPT campaign themes and pages read, engagement by company, high-intent page visits, visits from AI answers and CRM deals. For the trade-offs, see Intent from your own ads vs third-party intent data.
If third-party and review-site intent are central to your program, Factors covers more of it.
Website visitor identification
Both identify companies from website visits. Factors' page says it can "Identify up to 64% of accounts from your website traffic" (Factors). IntentBid doesn't publish an "up to" figure; in our experience 15 to 30% of business visits are typically identifiable, because visits from home broadband, mobile data and VPNs can't be tied to a company by anyone. See Why some visits have no company. Match rates are best compared on your own traffic during a trial.
LinkedIn controls and capping
Factors' ABM page lists LinkedIn campaign management with audience segments, exclusions, frequency caps, ad scheduling and view-through conversion attribution (Factors). Its 2026 release notes add bid scheduling and audience exclusion rules across multiple ad accounts and campaigns (Factors release notes). Its Smart Reach article describes managing "the frequency with which your ads are displayed to each account", with an example cap of 2,000 impressions per account across all campaign groups (Factors).
IntentBid's daily frequency cap per account works per company per UTC day: you set impressions (and optionally spend) per company per day, IntentBid checks LinkedIn's company report every 3 hours and counts the higher of today's and yesterday's figures to allow for LinkedIn's 12 to 24 hour delay, removes capped companies from the targeting for the rest of the day and brings them back the next day. LinkedIn targets at most 100 companies by company page per campaign, so bigger lists are split into up to 5 campaigns of 100 in one campaign group. See LinkedIn ABM frequency capping per account.
Both approaches aim at the same problem: a few big accounts taking most of the budget. We couldn't confirm from Factors' public pages whether Smart Reach caps reset daily, so check that with them if a daily cap matters to you.
IntentBid also has Spend Guard for the Audience Network, audience expansion, junior seniorities and schedules, and Exclusions with customers and competitors added automatically.
Attribution
Factors offers account-based attribution and, since June 2026, a multi-touch influence model reporting "which paid channels, campaigns, ad sets, and keywords influenced MQLs, SQLs, deals, and pipeline" (Factors release notes). That's broader than IntentBid's model if you need multi-touch across many channels.
IntentBid's attribution is deliberately simple: a deal from HubSpot counts as influenced when its company saw or clicked your LinkedIn ads, clicked a ChatGPT ad or came from an AI answer in the 90 days before the deal was created or while it was open, and each deal counts once. See Account-level LinkedIn attribution without clicks.
CRM
Factors' 2026 releases include Salesforce and HubSpot widgets inside account and company records (beta), a self-install Salesforce app, a scheduled weekly sync of segments to Salesforce (beta), and a listing on the HubSpot Marketplace (Factors release notes). For Salesforce-centred teams, that's deeper than IntentBid today: IntentBid has native HubSpot integrations, with Salesforce via Zapier or Make and native Salesforce rolling out.
Channels Factors doesn't cover
IntentBid runs ChatGPT Ads on buyer questions in your own OpenAI ad account and tracks AI visibility: your buyer questions every day in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, with cited sources, competitors named instead of you and fixes drafted by the AI agent. We didn't find either on the Factors pages we reviewed as of October 2026.
Pricing and trials
At the time of writing, Factors advertises a "$0 free forever plan", paid annual plans from $399 a month billed annually, and a 14-day trial of paid features after booking a call (Factors). Its ABM page says pricing scales with the number of accounts identified each month (Factors). Check their site for current plans.
IntentBid: Starter $99, Growth $229, Pro $549, Agency $699 a month (3 client profiles, +$199 each), billed monthly or yearly with two months free, and a 14-day self-serve trial with no card. See pricing.
