Account engagement: LinkedIn impressions, clicks and cost per company
See every target and engaged company in one table: LinkedIn impressions, clicks, engagements and cost per company for 7, 30 or 90 days or lifetime, next to ChatGPT Ads clicks, AI answer visits, website visits, stage, intent and deals.
Account engagement shows what your ads and website did at each company: LinkedIn impressions, clicks, engagements and cost per company, ChatGPT Ads clicks, visits from AI answers, website visits and pages read, with each account's ABM stage, intent tags and CRM deals. Open it from ABM reports → Account engagement or Companies → Account engagement.
You need LinkedIn Ads connected for the LinkedIn columns. See Connect your LinkedIn Ads account. Until something is connected, the page shows sample accounts.
Pick the period
Use the date bar at the top:
- 7, 30 or 90 days, or any custom range. Every number is compared with the previous period of the same length (the ▲ / ▼ next to it).
- Lifetime: totals since your first LinkedIn data. When you connect LinkedIn, IntentBid loads the last 90 days of company data plus lifetime totals.
The summary row
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Target accounts reached | Target accounts with an impression or a visit in the period, out of all target accounts |
| LinkedIn impressions | Impressions at all reported companies, vs. the previous period |
| Engagements | Likes, comments, shares and clicks |
| Engagement rate | Engagements ÷ impressions, with the lifetime rate below |
| Engaged accounts | Companies that clicked, engaged, came from a ChatGPT ad or visited, and how many have an open deal |
The views
The tabs under the summary switch between five views.
Accounts
One row per company. Columns: ABM stage, Intents, Engagement (current and total, from very low to very high), Impressions, Clicks, Engagements, CTR, Cost, CPC, ChatGPT · AI (ChatGPT Ads clicks and visits from AI answers), Visits (with a high intent label for pricing, demo or contact pages), Deals, Last campaign and a 13-week trend.
- Click a column header to sort. The default sort is the account score: 0–100 from the last 30 days of impressions, clicks, engagements, visits, pages, high-intent pages and how recent the activity is.
- Filter by Stage, tick Target accounts only, or click an Intent tag.
- Search by company name or domain.
- Click a company to open its company page.
The table shows 300 rows; use Export CSV for all of them.
Stages
A funnel of your ABM stages, from Not reached up: how many accounts are in each stage, how many are target accounts, the share with a deal and its pipeline, and the conditions of the stage. Click a stage to list its accounts.
Below it, Which intents move accounts forward lists each intent tag with its accounts, the share at the third stage (by default Interested) or later, accounts with a deal and pipeline. Stages and tags are set in Stages & intent settings.
Job titles
LinkedIn impressions, share, clicks, engagements and spend by Job title, Seniority or Job function, for the last 90 days. For video ads, the video columns show the share of video starts that reached 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Use it to find titles that take spend without engaging, then exclude them in Exclusions or per campaign in Spend Guard.
LinkedIn reports job titles, seniority and functions only for values with enough reach (3 or more events), once a day.
Campaigns
Each LinkedIn campaign with Companies reached, impressions, clicks, spend and Cost per company. Click a campaign to see every company it reached, with impressions, clicks, engagements, spend and stage.
Pipeline & revenue
Deals from your CRM and what your ads did for them. See Pipeline & revenue attribution.
Turn a view into an audience
Filter the Accounts view the way you want, for example Stage: Considering or Intent: Security, then click Create audience. The companies in view are saved in Audiences, ready to attach to a LinkedIn campaign: for example a retargeting campaign with proof content for accounts that are already interested.
How fresh the numbers are
- LinkedIn reports companies 12–24 hours after the impressions, and its company figures are approximate. Values with very few impressions can be missing, and per-company totals won't always add up to the campaign total in Campaign Manager. Your bill isn't affected.
- LinkedIn lists at most the top 100 companies per ad per day. Campaigns IntentBid creates from a bigger list are split into campaigns of up to 100 companies in one campaign group, so every company is counted; for campaigns you built yourself with more companies, add several ads or split them.
- Website visits and ChatGPT Ads clicks appear as they happen.
- Deals refresh daily from your CRM.
LinkedIn reports companies, functions and seniority, never individual people. IntentBid doesn't identify people either.
FAQ
Why is a target account at zero impressions?
Either the campaign didn't reach it (budget, roles too narrow, or the account wasn't in LinkedIn's reported top 100 that day), or LinkedIn couldn't match the company to its page. Check that the account is on a list used by an active campaign, and see Frequency cap per account if a few big accounts take most impressions.
What does the engagement level mean?
It's based on the engagement rate (engagements ÷ impressions): from 4% Very high, from 2.5% High, from 1.5% Medium, from 0.7% Low, below that Very low. Without impressions, it's based on clicks and visits.
Does account engagement use credits?
No. Reporting is always free to use and never counts against your plan's limits.
Can I see the same data in HubSpot?
Yes. Every day the stage, score, 30-day LinkedIn impressions, clicks and engagements, engagement rate, intent tags and last campaign are written to the company records. See Set up ABM stages and intent tags.
